EM Series Gravity Down

There are 4 common EM power units used since 2010.  Below is a breakdown of when they were used and what is included with each.  For a breakdown of the power unit click the part number and we'll take you to a full breakdown.

Power Units

70430570 is a power unit with thermal switch. This was standard from 3/2012 to 5/2013; optional between 5/2013 and 1/2016; and standard again after 1/2016.

70430575 - EM-25 and EM-3 power unit, without a thermal switch; standard between 5/2013 and 1/2016.

70430550 - EM-25 and EM-3 power unit; standard prior to 3/2012

70430705 - 24 volt power unit with thermal switch

Motors

70092312 is a 12 volt standard duty motor; non-thermal switch

7043001-1 is the most common motor with built in thermal switch

70430706 is a 24 volt motor with a thermal switch

Solenoids

75089833 is the most common solenoid on this gate

70430707 is the solenoid for the 24 volt

Cylinder

26480010 is the cylinder for the EM model for both power and gravity down EM models.

26580010 is used if you have the EMTC (twin cylinder) model.  This means you have two cylinders on the gate.
